The company manufactures engraving machines, but it also deals with much more, where engraving is concerned. Nowadays, The New Hermes is in the top of this domain, on a global scale in the engraving industry.
The New Hermes is the world largest manufacturer of engraving machines and other engraving services. The word New Hermes can be analogous for the word engraving. Internationally, any important engraving business, whether just engravers, diamond rings manufacturers or prize dealers, has got at lest one New Hermes engraving machine on their grounds.
But it was not always like that. The New Hermes has once been a small business, pretty much unknown. The only people who knew of their products were a handful of gross sales representatives who purchased their services maybe once or twice a year. It so happened, that in their early beginnings, the company’s customer foundation has gone twice almost immediately.
As a result, the “founding fathers” had to drive to company to an entirely redirection of the business’s profile. One has to admit that there are few companies out there who can pride themselves of such flexibility in order to stay in business. The New Hermes accomplished that, and they are now one of the planet’s most successful engraving businesses.
